These terms govern your use of Freedom Tracker (the "Software") and this website, provided by MyFreedomTracker ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these terms.
Freedom Tracker is offered as a free 7-day trial, after which continued use requires a paid license. A license is a one-time purchase of $49 that grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Software and to receive every update to that major version at no additional cost. A future major version may be offered as an optional paid upgrade, and your existing version will continue to work.
You agree to use the Software for your own personal investment tracking and planning. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share your license key; reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent the trial or licensing system; or use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
Important: Freedom Tracker is an informational and educational tool only. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service, and nothing it produces is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Projections, the Playground, the Builder, the Freedom Score, and all charts and forward estimates are hypothetical illustrations based on assumptions and third-party data — they are estimates, not guarantees of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on them.
The Software displays market data (such as prices and distribution information) obtained from third-party sources. That data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we do not warrant its accuracy or availability. The Software does not execute trades, connect to your brokerage accounts, or move any money.
Your portfolio data is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility to back up. We have no access to it and cannot recover it for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Because we provide a full-featured 7-day free trial that lets you fully evaluate the Software before buying, all license sales are final and non-refundable. Please use the trial to make sure Freedom Tracker is right for you before purchasing.
The Software, this website, and all related content, branding, and names ("Freedom Tracker," "MyFreedomTracker," "Playground," "Builder," "Budget," "Freedom Score") are owned by us and protected by applicable law. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment value, arising out of or related to your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
These terms remain in effect while you use the Software. We may suspend or terminate a license that violates these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Software after changes means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montana.
